All survey data collected will be confidential, remain private and will not be personally identifiable.
Alexander Babbage, along with their partner G1 Research, will be conducting phone surveys on our behalf. The questions will ask for your perception of Montana Fed and our products and services, as well your perceptions of other financial institutions and their products and services. There are no personally identifiable questions asked, and the research callers do not have any information regarding your accounts and the products and/or services you may hold with Montana Federal Credit Union. This survey is optional, and you do not have to participate if you do not choose to. However, we greatly appreciate any feedback you would like to give.
